Membership

A typical Toastmasters Club is made up of 10 - 20 people who gather regularly. Through participation in the Toastmasters Communication & Leadership program, you will learn to speak effectively, conduct meetings, lead, delegate, convince and motivate others. When you join Toastmasters you receive a New Member Kit. The kit features a copy of the basic Communication and Leadership manual, general orientation materials and information regarding skill improvement in areas such as speech evaluation and the use of gestures. The communication manual is described in more detail in the section on speechcraft.

A member must be at least 18 years of age when joining. Guests are always welcome to attend our meetings. Guests may participate in the smaller roles but in order to give a speech or evaluate it is required to join the club. A non-recurring fee of EUR 20,00 to join. EUR 39,00 dues for a period of 6 months, payable in March and October. Members who join in the middle of the period only pay for the months the attend.
