A meeting allows members to participate in several roles:
Meeting Roles
Each meeting also has a TME, which members may fill. This allows members
to exercise their skills in meeting management and organisation. Smaller
roles such as the timer are also confer important organisational skills.
Area, Division and District Governance
Each club is part of an area, division and district, each of which has
a governor and governing council. Members are encouraged to
participate on this level, and participation is a requirement for the
Advanced Leadership Silver award.
